Local Leaderboard and Save/Load Game

Added local leaderboard that displays top 10 scores achieved
Added save/load function that allows players create and load from a single save file
Added second page to help screen
Added the ability to swap the controls of WASD with the controls of the Arrow Keys using F1 and F2
- Pressing F2 during the game causes: W/S to control forward/reverse thrust, A/D to control ship rotation, Up/Down to flip the ship, and Left/Right to control horizontal thrust
- Pressing F1 returns the controls to their default settings
Fixed bug that allowed player invulnerability to run out while the game is paused
