Added online leaderboard
Added startup initialization to smooth transition from older versions to current version
Adjusted hitboxes of asteroids and of ship to better match the sprites
Adjusted asteroid behavior to make the room seem slightly more crowded
Added "killer asteroids" that will randomly spawn to keep players on their toes
